Using this memorial

This memorial is published by Edventure Web Development Services, owned and operated by Mark Anthony Llego, and kept for Celerina Chirivilla Odinada’s family and friends. You are welcome to visit, read, and share it. Please treat the people remembered here, and everyone who contributes, with care.

The memorial is for remembrance. There are no accounts, purchases, or advertising, and we may change, pause, or remove any part of the site at any time.

Photographs

The photographs on this site are free to use. Anyone may download, store, copy, share, disseminate, and publish them, in whole or in part, for any purpose, without attribution, and without asking for permission. This covers the portraits of Celerina and every image in the memorial album.

No credit to the photographer or the memorial is required. We ask only that the photographs be used respectfully, in keeping with the memory of the person in them.

Words and remembrances

You keep ownership of what you write and send through the remembrance form. By sending it, you give the memorial permission to store, review, format, publish, and keep your remembrance, in whole or in part, and to decline or remove it at the family’s discretion.

Please send only words that are yours to share, and do not include another person’s private information without their permission. Remembrances pass an automated safety check and may be held for family review before they appear; the privacy policy explains how that works.

Videos

The videos are embedded from Cloudflare Stream and are shown for personal viewing in the memorial. The free-use permission above covers the photographs; the videos remain the property of their owners and are not included in it. Cloudflare’s own terms also apply when a player loads.

Content and copyright

The photographs are offered freely, as described above. The memorial’s own text, design, and code remain the property of Edventure Web Development Services and may not be copied for another site or service. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to us and we will look into it promptly.

No warranty

The memorial is provided as it is, for remembrance. We work to keep it accurate, available, and safe, but we cannot promise that it will always be online, free of errors, or free of harmful contributions from others. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or from another person’s use of the photographs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the memorial or the law changes. The effective date above shows the latest version, and important changes will be noted on the site.
